1. Food was good inside dining area; 2. Bartender was very good! 3. Staff friendly and courteous; 4. Shower was aways hot; 5. Location was decent; lots of walking distance food/drink amenities; 5. We *really* liked that the A/C was not blowing directly on us while in bed, which minimized getting sick; 6. Checkout was fast and uncomplicated!

I loved everything about it. The hotel is a quaint hotel with modern, tastefully designed interiors. The rooms are just the right size and not too cramped. They provide all the basic supplies (bath towels, slippers, shampoo, soap, etc) and amenities (pool, breakfast, lounge) with very reasonable prices! There were many food choices for breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised. All the staff, even the guards, are very professional and you can really feel that they are happy to be there. The location is quite "far" but near enough to the airport. I liked that it is kocated in a complex with 2 malls on either side and a church nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by greenery which the old folks liked as they were able to walk around in the morning. All in all, we all felt like we were in a 5-star luxurious hotel. We are planning to book again.

Staff received me last-minute after my other accommodation double booked my stay. Lady at the reception was extremely kind and understanding. The entire stay was lovely, the staff is so kind and helpful. Everything was clean and the food was great! True Filipino hospitality. Thank you! Hotel includes great breakfast options with daily variation, and a nice pool + gym equipment in the basement level if you are looking for that. In addition this hotel is situated next to a shopping strip so you have a few restaurants and mall right next to you. If you walk about 15 to 20 minutes, you reach SM Sucat as well.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, good coffee too! The pool is well maintained and also the spa is spacious! The room and bathroom are okay too since we are just the two of us.

The staff were the friendliest and always there to help. 1. When I asked help for my connection for work, I received the assistance in less than 3 minutes. 2. The waiter was so friendly and helpful when he offered us the menu while swimming. He was all smiles. 3. During breakfast, the receptionist greeted us with a warm good morning and assisted us. The breakfast was good. Enough and good variety. 4. We were able to use the pool exactly until 10pm. The staff allowed us and even engaged in a fun conversation. 5. All cleaners/staff warmly greeted us and always ask if there's anything we need. 6. During check out, I was asked for my feedback. The receptionist was receptive even if I raised 1 concern - not kid friendly menu. The experience was very very pleasant and enjoyable.
